werk_39 is B. Braun's innovation laboratory. The subtitle “Beyond the product” makes it clear that it is about more than just the product itself. Projects that are worked on here are mostly about services, solutions and business model innovations, which I was able to work on as a UX/UI design intern on the front line. Initially, I supported my supervisor in projects, but later I was allowed to independently supervise projects from a service design perspective and take on the visual implementation.
